do you ship to all u.s. states?

yes! we ship anywhere in the united states, including alaska and hawaii.

how long does shipping take?

we typically ship orders via UPS in under 2 business days, and delivery should take 2–5 business days depending on your location. you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

what if an item melts or gets damaged in transit?

we pack your snacks carefully, but if anything arrives melted or damaged, just contact us within 48 hours of your order arriving and we’ll make it right.

why is the best before date on your products the wrong way around (e.g. 13/04/2025)?

british snacks and treats always use the day/month/year format, instead of the typical u.s. standard month/day/year. however, if you’re unsure about any of our items, please reach out!

can I request specific british snacks?

we love customer suggestions! if there’s a treat you miss from home, send us a message at ray@britsnacks.com or on our social media pages — we might be able to stock it in future.

are your snacks suitable for people with allergies?

always check the product labels before consuming. some snacks may contain nuts, gluten, or dairy, and are manufactured in facilities that handle allergens.

is there a minimum order?

no! feel free to grab as many of our snacks as you like.

here are the current rates from ups, however we’re working with shipping partners to get the best possible rates for you. we also offer local pick-up for anyone based in NYC.
